Kleeneze Distributors Beware

I have recently been contacted by a company BT Customer Street who claim they can direct massive amounts of traffic to your website and get you listed in Goolge on page one. Firstly this is an over exaggerated claim and most of the webmaster forums will tell you to steer clear of so called guru’s who can guarantee you a page one. After a short, polite conversation, I dug a little deeper with a few probing questions to which the sales person became a little defensive and towards the end quite aggresive in his sales pitch. Not to mention the insults I received for my own SEO marketing strategy which is taken care of in house.

The cost of this BT Customer Street service was a one off fee of £399.95 plus a mothly fee of £90 or there abouts. Well that’s the price they quoted me and on a little surfing it seems there are a miriad of prices.

This cold call was a great lesson in itself on how not to promote your business.

Here are a few posts from a variety of pages, one from BT Complaints

Both provide for interesting reading.
