A BIG congratulations goes out to the newest team member Lorna Atkins. Lorna who runs one of our local Post Offices joined Kleeneze as a way of filling out her small village Post Office with a little stock to offer her customers more variety of choice. Placing a first order of over £300, this gave a return of over £6.00 per book which shows that word of mouth recommendation is one ofthe best forms of advertising. Many of her customers commented that they have not seen Kleeneze for some time and were pleased that they now had this option of shopping.

This business staggers me, well not the business but the psychology behind this business. Mauro an economic migrant from the Maderia Islands with a dream to be famous (and he has played football in the same team as Christiano Ronaldo), has only been involved with Kleeneze for one year. Shows how, with a little work, a positive can do attitude combined with consistency and persistency makes this business pay huge rewards.

So many times I hear people say that they are struggling financially and need more money yet on the presentation of this amazing business combined with all the evidence that this business works, turn around and say “I’m not doing that”. Yet will gladly go and work for some unscrupulous employer for a minimum wage. Home shopping is one of the fastest growing retail trends and this is where Kleeneze is streets ahead. Kleeneze’s slight edge over other companies is down to it’s 85 years of perfecting it’s method of distribution and with distributors like Mauro, promoting Kleeneze with an air of professionalism can only be of great good not only to the company but to the distributorship as a whole.

Mauro Vieira

” I’M FROM MADEIRA ISLAND, MANY YEARS AGO I PLAYED FOOTBALL (ON SAME TEAM) WITH FAMOUS CRISTIANO RONALDO, ON OUR FIRST TEAM…

WE BOTH WANTED TO BE RICH AND FAMOUS.

WE USE TO PRACTISE FOOTBALL FOR LONG HOURS EVERY DAY, MONTHS AND YEARS.

YEARS LATER,I HAD COACHES FROM FAMOUS TEAMS KNOCKING MY PARENTS HOUSE REQUESTING MY FATHER TO LET ME MOVE TO PORTUGAL AND END MY STUDIES IN THERE TOO.

MY FATHER SAID NO TO MY BIGGEST DREAM, IF I WAS GOING TO PLAY FOOTBALL, PROBABLY I COULD HURT/INJURE MYSELF OR EVEN STOP MY STUDIES.ON HIS MIND WAS BETTER FOR ME TO STAY AND END MY SCHOOL AND GET GOOD JOB.

I QUIT ON SCHOOL YEARS LATER.

MOVED TO U.K. IN JAN.03, WHERE I MET MY MRS WHO IS ALSO PORTUGUESE.

SINCE LIVING IN U.K. 5 1/2 YEARS I HAD OVER 20 DIFFERENT JOBS,FEW TIMES I’VE BEEN MADE REDUNDANT AND MOVED OVER 10 TIMES BUT I NEVER FORGOT MY DREAM OF BECOME FAMOUS.

BEFORE I DECIDED TO JOIN KLEENEZE PART TIME I WAS MACHINE OPERATOR (RISKY JOB) I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAD PAY RISE AND UPGRADE FOR MONTHS,BUT NEVER DID HAPPEN.

MAY 08 I DECIDED TO EARN EXTRA CASH AND IF POSSIBLE TO BUILD MY OWN BUSINESS, FIND EXTRA SPARE TIME TO SPEND WITH MY FAMILY AND SO I STARTED WITH 200 CAT(PART TIME) AROUND MY FULL TIME JOB.

I EARNED EXTRA £407.87 IN MY FIRST MONTH.

WEEKS LATER I DECIDED TO SACK MY BOSS,AND FIND ANOTHER BETTER FULL TIME JOB WHERE I COULD STILL EARNING MONEY TO BUY EXTRA CATALOGUES AND PAY FOR PETROL EXPENSES, MAKIING MY CUSTOMER BASE GROW MUCH FASTER.

BY JAN. 09 MY INCOME WAS £1224.33.

THAT TIME I DECIDED TO SACK MY BOSS AGAIN AND WHY NOT TO TURN MY PART TIME JOB (GOOD INCOME) INTO MY FULL TIME JOB?

I ALWAYS HAD BIG DREAMS,ALWAYS BELIEVED IN THIS BUSINESS, AND I KNOW MY CAPACITIES; IF I PUT ALL THIS TOGETHER, FOLLOWING SYSTEM,AND IGNORE OTHER DISTRIBUTORS AND COMMENTS FROM LOCAL PEOPLE, I KNEW IF I BLANKET DROP EVERYWHERE I COULD SUCCEDD.

SO I DID,WITHOUT MISSING ANY HOUSES OR ANY AREAS.

I DECIDED TO GO TO MY FIRST SHOWCASE AND WATCH FAMOUS ED LUDBROOK, MEETINGS, SIZZLES, GET IN TOUCH MORE TIMES WITH UPLINE AND JOIN EZEREACH.

THAT WAY I MOTIVATED MYSELF AND WAS INSPIRED TO TALK WITH EVERYONE ABOUT MY BUSINESS…PEOPLE STARTED TO JOIN MY TEAM…

I PROMISED TO MYSELF TO HIT GOLD LEVEL BY MY FIRST ANNIVERSARY IN KLEENEZE, I JUST GONE FOR IT…

I DID MY CUSTOMER BASE(OVER 900 CUSTOMERS)WITH PREVIOUS CATALOGUE IN MY FIRST 2 WEEKS, HAD NO ORDERS FROM MY DOWN LINE, SO I DECIDED TO GIVE ALL MY BEST SHOT, GONE BACK TO ALL MY CUSTOMER BASE WITH LATEST CATALOGUES (LEAVING ONLY 24H UNTIL COLLECT THEM AGAIN/100 PER DAY) AND BLANKET DROP 300 CAT PER DAY TO NEW CUSTOMERS IN OTHER DISTRIBUTORS AREAS.

WEEK 3 OF PERIOD 7, I WAS FULL TIME BEST RETAILER IN GAVIN SCOTT LIST, I SENT EMAIL TO GLYN & TONY SAYING:”

I WILL HIT GOLD LEVEL, DOESN’T MATTER WHAT IT TAKES,AND I WILL BE NUMBER ONE OF GAVIN’S LIST”.

I DID OVER £3000 ORDERS IN LAST 3 DAYS OF PERIOD.

ONCE AGAIN I KEEPED MY WORD,AND I’M STARTING TO GET FAMOUS NOT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL.

BUT IN KLEENEZE LEVEL.IF KLEENEZE EXPANDS TO ALL EUROPE….?

THIS IS ALL ABOUT HAVE RIGHT ATTITUDE,BEEN PERSISTENT AND CONSISTENT.

MY BEST CHEQUE???

£3219.64 IN MY FIRST ANNIVERSARY AND I’VE GOT SPARE TIME I WAS LOOKING FOR LONG TIME.”

Learn the True Characteristics of an Entrepreneur

It is said that in order to become a successful individual in whatever endeavour you wish to take, you must have the right attitude and characteristics. This is also true with an entrepreneur. Not everyone can become an entrepreneur. But before anything else, what is an entrepreneur? According to one definition, an entrepreneur is someone who finances or initiates a certain business undertaking. If you too would want to become a businessperson, you have to possess the characteristics of an entrepreneur. What are the characteristics of an entrepreneur? Are they really important? Well, of course the characteristics are important because if you don’t possess them, you will have lower chances in terms of business success.

The characteristics are as follows -

1. Risk taker – this is a very important characteristic of an entrepreneur. If you’re not willing to take any risk, then you will not succeed as a businessperson. In the everyday course of the business, you will encounter a lot of problems and challenges which you need to decide the soonest. Some risks are worth taking after careful evaluation especially if it’s for the good of the business. If you’re not a risk taker, then you’re not an effective entrepreneur and you’re bound to fail in your business undertaking.

2. Smart – being smart is another characteristic of an entrepreneur. You have to be clever, keen, and witty in all your business dealings. You have to show mental alertness and intelligence so that you can win the respect and trust of customers and other clients.

3. A leader – leadership is a characteristic that is hard to find among individuals. Not many individuals have the nerve to take the lead. To become a good entrepreneur, you must be a leader. Some say that this is a born characteristic but if you don’t possess it, you can also learn to become a leader. You’re quite lucky if you’re a born leader because you only have to develop your other qualities and use them when you choose to become an entrepreneur. As a leader, you should be able to guide, influence, and direct people. This way, you can handle all your business activities with ease and fewer worries.

4. Inner passion for business – another important characteristic is having the right passion for business. You have to maintain your enthusiasm and interest in the business. As long as you have the right drive and passion, you can run the business for a long time.

5. Honest and trustworthy – some say that eighty percent of an entrepreneur’s time is dedicated to pooling and attracting customers. This may be true because without the customers, the business will not exist. You have to be honest and trustworthy so that you can develop good will.

There are other characteristics that an entrepreneur should possess. These characteristics help him or her do all the business responsibilities and obligations that need to be done. These are also the keys to business success. If you want to finance a certain business venture and run the business yourself, you should develop these characteristics. Without them, your business will soon fail and you will suffer the losses. Be thankful if you already have the characteristics of an entrepreneur. All you need to do now is to study the market carefully, think of a good business venture, and provide for the capital and you’re all set. However with a Kleeneze Business there is minimal risk which is backed by a 14 day money back guarantee. Being smart is networking straight away as this is the fastest way of securing a residual income. Your leadership skills can be worked on and improved upon whilst earning an income. Having an inner passion is what will drive your business forward though it helps to have a great team spirit and team synergy behind you. Your honesty and trustworthiness will keep your business running, attracting the right customers and right team members. With the economic climate freefalling it makes sense to choose a business that has the longevity of success, Kleeneze has 85 years of success and the backing of a major PLC, with Findel plc at the helm Kleeneze is a sure-fire winner.

The Hot Dog Vendor

This is an old story, with a powerful message.

There was this elderly man who had a profitable little business selling hot dogs on a busy street corner in a major city. He wasn’t particularly well educated, but he sold great hot dogs and his customers loved him.

During the early morning rush hour, he’d wheel his mobile hot dog stand to position it near the exit of the central railway station in town. A year ago he’d added a bacon and egg roll to his range and sold scores of them to this breakfast crowd every day. At lunchtime, he’d move his stand to a popular park where he had lines of regulars.

In the afternoon he’d be back at the station entrance and then later most nights he knew a great spot near a nightclub where young patrons rushed him off his feet. He had even installed special lighting and a flashing neon sign. Even people driving by would stop.

He’d worked hard for years and done well enough to put his only son through university who later became an accountant with a large accounting firm.

One day his son warned him that a recession was on the way. The old man asked his son what this meant. Being an educated man his son gave a very detailed explanation of how the recession would severely impact everyone in the community, particularly small business people like his father. There would be enormous unemployment; people would not be able to afford to spend money as they did now. He painted a gloomy picture of the future and warned his father that it would be wise to cut back on his expenses and “tighten his belt” financially and prepare for the worst. The old man didn’t know much about the economy or interest rates, but he trusted his son. After all, he was an educated man. Recession mentality kicked in…

The old man began to cut back on the quantity of sausages and bread rolls he bought. He didn’t want to get caught with stale rolls as business began to drop off. But it was hard to judge and some days he actually ran out of sausages and rolls earlier than he normally would. So he went home early and spent more time worrying about this recession that was coming

Soon he knew that what his son had said was right. He noticed that his takings were indeed falling. This depressed him more and so he tended to get out of bed later each day. After all, why get to the station so early when obviously more people would be eating at home rather than spending money on breakfast in the city. He decided that his bacon
and egg rolls were too expensive for most people now. After all, they were twice the price of a hot dog, so he cut them from his menu and his sales continued to plummet.

Wow, his son was right, this recession was hitting hard!

He decided to save more money and not replace the batteries that powered his neon sign and lights at night. Now because he was in the dark, fewer people bought from him and soon he decided that it wasn’t even worth his time setting up at night. Eventually he decided to sell off his equipment and his trolley. He was in luck though because the young woman who bought his trolley didn’t seem to know how bad business was, or how severe the recession was going to be. He managed to unload the trolley for more than he thought he would get. Now day after day he stayed at home, depressed, and occasionally his son would visit him and they would discuss how bad the recession was, and how lucky the old man had been to have an educated son who had warned him in advance about this terrible recession.

So what’s the moral of this story?…………………….

Recession mentality starts in one’s own head. If you believe that a recession is coming and that times will soon be tough, then they will be for you. Like the old man in the story, you’ll start to change your successful behaviour patterns and replace them with less resourceful habits. You’ll sleep in later. You’ll take longer lunch breaks, make less phone calls and go home earlier.

An interesting discussion was had last night at the end of one of our sizzles by a new distributor after I had wished them a good night and safe journey home and let’s hope you have a very profitable business I remarked, “let’s make you lots of money” was the reply. To be honest this felt a little uncomfortable but the thought of this took me back to when I first started in network marketing where I use to think the very same. Nice as it is, that the new distributors have your best interests at heart by wanting to make you lots of money, however this is far from the truth. Admittedly your downline, the people that you introduce into the business do contribute to your group sales but the reality of it is, the only person responsible for making us lots of money is us ourselves. It is a team collective though and it is your skills as a leader to guide your new people to building the right framework and foundation of a successful network. Again you cannot push the person into doing something that they do not want to do nor can you harass them into doing more sales. At the end of the day it is their business and their business alone. Would you like it if someone told you you’re not doing enough, I think not. The easiest way to motivate anyone is leading by example and creating the success yourself. The ones that have a desire for the same success will ask your advice, seek your guidance and become fully integrated into the team structure. Funny isn’t it, T.E.A.M, together everyone achieves more.

Only by wanting the same success as your up line can you have a direct effect on your uplines earnings but this only goes to a certain level in the business and that is the first step of gold. By becoming gold you, by default push your upline to gold and this is where it ends. If you carry on building your business and your upline does nothing you will overtake them in the pay plan. Introducing people into this fantastic profession has its responsibilities, you are responsible for that persons growth to independence. My knowledge of network marketing when I first started was nil, however the beauty of this profession is that you earn whilst you learn and your earnings can be and ours are, significantly more than any apprentice wage.

There are 3 steps to building a successful network with Kleeneze

1. Retail

2. Sponsor

3. Coach

Let’s take Step1. Retail. Building a customer base is the most fundamental and basic step of this business and this can reward you for years to come bringing in a “wage” week in, week out. Just for a couple of days a week you can earn more than someone who works 40 hours a week. Again your customer base is entirely your own choosing on how big or how fast you want it to grow. If this is unfamiliar ground on how to make it more profitable your upline will guide you in building this.

“Opportunity is missed by most because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.” Thomas Alva Edison

Step 2. Sponsoring, with the tools and the system we have in place again this is relatively easy, unfortunately it can be a stumbling block for many as the new distributor is either unsure of what to do or lacks the confidence to approach this part of the business. Therefore it is wise to seek advice and assistance from your upline to be coached on this part of the business. Here lies the learning curve. Would you build a house with no knowledge of bricklaying, would you make a cabinet with no knowledge of carpentry or repair your car with no knowledge of mechanics.

“Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives.” James Madison.

Step 3 Coaching. By becoming involved with coaching all you are doing in reality is showing your new people how to learn steps 1 and 2 well enough so that they can confidently do this all day. Again assistance in this is through your upline and the objective and goal is independence. Coaching is what brings in the big money.

So going full circle it is your own responsibility on how much you earn not any of your downline and your core objective is to assist those that you have introduced to have successful businesses. Here lies the success of a system and duplication.

“Confusion is the cancer of networking” EDWARD LUDBROOK

Kleeneze. A serious business.

An interesting story that happened to us recently whilst putting our catalogues out to our “Customer Base”, I have underlined customer base to emphasise the point. A lady in the street stopped us and proceeded to let us know how terrible Kleeneze was and that we would be better off with Betterware. I appreciate that Betterware has similar products and that this lady had some sort of allegiance to Betterware, (shame it isn’t a network marketing business.) Our reply was simply thank you for informing us of this however we have had this business in operation for some 3 years now. The lady in question was very taken back. The reason why I am writing a post like this is to examine the why? Unfortunately we were on a tight time schedule otherwise I would have engaged in further dialogue with this lady.

Firstly I can only imagine that she has had some poor service with a former distributor and has not been happy with the goods she has received. Or could it be that she has had trouble in returning her products that she has felt unhappy with. These reasons are not the fault of the company we are promoting and it is more than likely the distributor who was providing the service, a somewhat poor service may I add that was at fault.

With regards to the lady’s comments in the first place, I wonder if this lady would go up to a builder, plumber, electrician or any other local business owner and tell them that they would be better off doing another profession or working with another company. I think not. They would most certainly tell their friends, their family and neighbours how bad or good the products, service or business is though, which incidentally is the basis of network marketing. Lucky for us we are with one of the best and most respected network marketing companies.

Kleeneze as a company.

From my experience so far has been nothing but totally professional and the service we have received as independent distributors has been second to none. Secondly, it is our own business where we are totally responsible for our own ordering, our own distribution, our own goods returns, our own customer service and customer satisfaction. Thirdly we have no defined territory and can go anywhere in the UK, Ireland, Holland and Germany if we so choose. Our objective is to create a small but manageable customer base in which to provide a monthly service to. At the last count we have around 1000 happy customers in which we provide a 5 weekly service to. Yes we do admit that things do go wrong and goods are faulty, not suitable or just not right for the consumer, these are either replaced with the same, or returned with no questions asked and a full refund given. Most of our customers usually order something of the same value the next time we go round. We totally believe that if you adopt this policy and treat it as a serious business that it is your return of interest far exceeds monetary value.
