<p>It was announced at the Kleeneze Christmas Showcase, a £250,000 tv advertising campaign is to commence on the 21st September, running for 1 month. Whilst this advert is a cracking ad and will definately create brand awareness, using the advert for your own promotions in not a very good idea, well not unless you want to build some SED&#8217;s business and not your own. All leads generated through this advert will go to Kleeneze and then is divvied up between SED&#8217;s and above. (Correct me if I am wrong). The advert has Kleeneze&#8217;s own text number embedded into the clip itself and intereseted parties wanting to know more about Kleeneze will be texting this number and not your own, that is if you decide to use this medium. Although this being a slightly unfair system, I can appreciate why it is being done, Kleeneze I guess, want to make sure that these red hot leads will be taken care of by experienced distributors.</p>
<p>My advice to our team is to capitalise on the TV campaign itself not focusing on the ad but using your own leaflets, flyers, car cards, etc with the Kleeneze logo linking to your own website and ezereach number. The Bids Webshop have rustled up some great fliers for this very purpose.</p>

		</div>
<p>With the up and coming TV advert it makes sense to capitalise on a 1/4 million pounds worth of advertising with all the correct tools in one place, which is why we at Kleeneze Future are migrating over to the fantastic web tools that <a href="http://www.gogvolive.com" target="_blank">GVO</a> offer. Automating your online side of Kleeneze allows you to concentrate on more important aspects of your business.</p>
<p>Having a good web host is first and foremost with any online presence, even more so with Kleeneze as the main Kleeneze site does not contain your distributor or affiliate link within it&#8217;s url, which is a possible lead loss situation. With Kleeneze it is not just a case of purchasing a domain name and forwarding this to your Kleeneze affiliate link, you need a website. To get a good web presence promoting your Kleeneze business you will have to seek out a third party to provide this service for you. Usually your upline can assist you in this department with a co-operative team website.</p>
<p>But having a lead capture page is not everything you would need, the leads that you generate, where are they going? You need an automated service, an auto responder that will take care of these leads to send out your information pack automatically and immediately. There are many good auto respnders on the market such as Aweber, Get Response, Constant Contact and many others but this is yet another added expense.</p>
<p>Here are 2 sevices you need for an effective online business, so lets look at the cost of just these two services.<br />
<strong>Reputable Hosting Companies.</strong></p>
<table border="1">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td><strong>Hosting Companies</strong></td>
<td><strong>Cost p/Month</strong></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Go Daddy</td>
<td>$14.99</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Fast Hosts Uk</td>
<td>£19.99</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Hostgator</td>
<td>$12.95</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
<p><strong>Reputable Auto responders</strong></p>
<table border="1">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td><strong>Auto Responders</strong></td>
<td><strong>Cost p/Month</strong></td>
<td><strong>Subscribers</strong></td>
<td><strong>Price for 25000 Subscribers</strong></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Aweber</td>
<td>$19.99</td>
<td>500</td>
<td>$130</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Get Response</td>
<td>£18.00</td>
<td>500</td>
<td>$130</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Constant Contact</td>
<td>$15.00</td>
<td>500</td>
<td>$150.00</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
<p>Now just from these two must have&#8217;s in your business, the running cost starts to mount up.</p>
<p>Here are a couple of quick Lead Capture page examples I made up in less than 30 minutes from start to publishing, one through the <a href="http://freearea.easyvideoproducer.com/teamfuture/4906/" target="_blank">Video to Web software</a> and one with a <a href="http://www.mrkleeneze.com" target="_blank">lead capture template</a></p>
<p>You are live on the web, your auto responder is working like a dream and you are dilligently following up interested prospects. Your future team member wishes to see a little more on the Kleeneze business before they commit. Normally what would happen? You would invite them along to an opportuity business meeting. The downside to this is they are only on once a month and if your prospect is at a distance this would not be very practical either you visiting them or vice versa.</p>
<p>Team Future have bypassed this situation by providing interested parties <a title="find out more" href="http://kleenezefuture.com/weblog/find-out-more/" target="_blank">business opportunity meetings</a> every night of the week and the beauty is they do not have to leave home. This software again is free to use with your titanium account. To give you a price comparison the service that Ed Ludbrook uses, Instant Presenter, costs a minimum of $39.00 for a 15 seat room and upto $299.00 for a 100 seat room.</p>
<p><a rel="attachment wp-att-866" href="http://kleenezefuture.com/weblog/2009/09/13/your-business-online/conferencing-suite/"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-866" title="conferencing suite" src="http://kleenezefuture.com/weblog/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/conferencing-suite-300x211.jpg" alt="conferencing suite" width="500" height="301" /></a></p>
<p>With go gvo here&#8217;s what you get with your <a title="gvo titanium" href="http://www.gogvolive.com" target="_blank"><strong>Titanium hosting account</strong></a></p>
<ul>
<li>Your own Web Host Manager panel</li>
<li>Unlimited domains!</li>
<li>70 Gigabytes of web space</li>
<li>200 Gigabytes of Bandwidth</li>
<li>Unlimited MySQL databases</li>
<li>Unlimited sub-domains</li>
<li>Unlimited email accounts</li>
<li>Unlimited forwarders</li>
<li>Unlimited auto-responders This will save you a fortune&#8230;. UNLIMITED AUTO-RESPONDERS. You have seen what  Aweber, Get Response and Constant Contact charge for a list of 500 plus?</li>
<li>24/7/365 support, and access to an emergency pager with a 3 minute response time!</li>
<li>Fantastico. 50+ easy to install scripts!</li>
<li>Video to Web editing software with templates</li>
<li>Downtime Witness &#8211; This powerfull tool monitors any URL for uptime and notifies you via email or text if your site or sites are down</li>
<li>10 seat video conferencing suite</li>
</ul>
<p>And much much more.</p>
<p>A totally recommended service to trial for $1.00</p>
<p><a title="go gvo" href="http://www.gogvolive.com" target="_blank"><strong>http://www.gogvolive.com</strong></a></p>

<p>According to the latest news from the manufacturing sector  two thirds of employers are facing hard times and as a result suspended pay increases upto June. The EEF says the survey is clear evidence that the economic downturn is hitting manufacturing hard. The EEF&#8217;s July Pay Bulletin was based on information from 240 pay settlements covering 55,405 employees. David Yeandle, the head of employment policy at the EEF, said the figures also showed that manufacturers were trying to manage pay &#8220;far more flexibly&#8221; than they had done in previous recessions.</p>
<p>In comparison to Kleeneze, well they just keep giving money and incentives away to both the distributorship and customers alike. With more and more business building incentives being put on the table for Kleeneze Distributors to work towards. Pay freezes are a thing of the past in Network Marketing and more importantly Kleeneze. The average pay increase usually goes along with the inflation rate or just under the inflation rate, in my book this makes you even. However in September 2008 we ourselves experienced a massive 362 percent pay increase.</p>
<p><a title="pay rise" href="http://kleenezefuture.com/weblog/tag/pay-rise/" target="_blank">http://kleenezefuture.com/weblog/tag/pay-rise</a></p>
<p>Admittedly there was a little more work involved but this still didn&#8217;t equate to a full working week.</p>
<p>The job market is becoming more and more dire as firms either cut back, make redundancies or freeze wages. What started of as a lifestyle choice for us where we only needed to make up an extra £150 -£200 per month, Kleeneze has given us a business and profession that not only can we be proud of but pays our mortgage with a little extra left over and this is just our retail earnings, our network earnings are big added bonus.</p>
<p>Join us on one of our business presentations where we can show you how to create a business working from home that with a little effort pays very good rewards. Find out more by following the <strong><a title="find out more business presentation" href="http://kleenezefuture.com/weblog/find-out-more" target="_self">business presentations</a></strong> link</p>

<h1>Learn the True Characteristics of an Entrepreneur</h1>
<p>It is said that in order to become a successful individual in whatever endeavour you wish to take, you must have the right attitude and characteristics. This is also true with an entrepreneur. Not everyone can become an entrepreneur. But before anything else, what is an entrepreneur? According to one definition, an entrepreneur is someone who finances or initiates a certain business undertaking. If you too would want to become a businessperson, you have to possess the characteristics of an entrepreneur. What are the characteristics of an entrepreneur? Are they really important? Well, of course the characteristics are important because if you don&#8217;t possess them, you will have lower chances in terms of business success.</p>
<p>The characteristics are as follows -</p>
<p>1. Risk taker &#8211; this is a very important characteristic of an entrepreneur. If you&#8217;re not willing to take any risk, then you will not succeed as a businessperson. In the everyday course of the business, you will encounter a lot of problems and challenges which you need to decide the soonest. Some risks are worth taking after careful evaluation especially if it&#8217;s for the good of the business. If you&#8217;re not a risk taker, then you&#8217;re not an effective entrepreneur and you&#8217;re bound to fail in your business undertaking.</p>
<p>2. Smart &#8211; being smart is another characteristic of an entrepreneur. You have to be clever, keen, and witty in all your business dealings. You have to show mental alertness and intelligence so that you can win the respect and trust of customers and other clients.</p>
<p>3. A leader &#8211; leadership is a characteristic that is hard to find among individuals. Not many individuals have the nerve to take the lead. To become a good entrepreneur, you must be a leader. Some say that this is a born characteristic but if you don&#8217;t possess it, you can also learn to become a leader. You&#8217;re quite lucky if you&#8217;re a born leader because you only have to develop your other qualities and use them when you choose to become an entrepreneur. As a leader, you should be able to guide, influence, and direct people. This way, you can handle all your business activities with ease and fewer worries.</p>
<p>4. Inner passion for business &#8211; another important characteristic is having the right passion for business. You have to maintain your enthusiasm and interest in the business. As long as you have the right drive and passion, you can run the business for a long time.</p>
<p>5. Honest and trustworthy &#8211; some say that eighty percent of an entrepreneur&#8217;s time is dedicated to pooling and attracting customers. This may be true because without the customers, the business will not exist. You have to be honest and trustworthy so that you can develop good will.</p>
<p>There are other characteristics that an entrepreneur should possess. These characteristics help him or her do all the business responsibilities and obligations that need to be done. <h1>Kleeneze. A serious business.</h1>
<p>An interesting story that happened to us recently whilst putting our catalogues out to our <span style="text-decoration: underline;">&#8220;Customer Base&#8221;</span>, I have underlined customer base to emphasise the point. A lady in the street stopped us and proceeded to let us know how terrible Kleeneze was and that we would be better off with Betterware. I appreciate that Betterware has similar products and that this lady had some sort of allegiance to Betterware, (shame it isn&#8217;t a network marketing business.) Our reply was simply thank you for informing us of this however we have had this business in operation for some 3 years now. The lady in question was very taken back. The reason why I am writing a post like this is to examine the why? Unfortunately we were on a tight time schedule otherwise I would have engaged in further dialogue with this lady.</p>
<p>Firstly I can only imagine that she has had some poor service with a former distributor and has not been happy with the goods she has received. Or could it be that she has had trouble in returning her products that she has felt unhappy with. These reasons are not the fault of the company we are promoting and it is more than likely the distributor who was providing the service, a somewhat poor service may I add that was at fault.</p>
<p>With regards to the lady&#8217;s comments in the first place, I wonder if this lady would go up to a builder, plumber, electrician or any other local business owner and tell them that they would be better off doing another profession or working with another company. I think not. They would most certainly tell their friends, their family and neighbours how bad or good the products, service or business is though, which incidentally is the basis of network marketing. Lucky for us we are with one of the best and most respected network marketing companies.</p>
<h2>Kleeneze as a company.</h2>
<p>From my experience so far has been nothing but totally professional and the service we have received as independent distributors has been second to none. Secondly, it is our own business where we are totally responsible for our own ordering, our own distribution, our own goods returns, our own customer service and customer satisfaction. Thirdly we have no defined territory and can go anywhere in the UK, Ireland, Holland and Germany if we so choose. Our objective is to create a small but manageable customer base in which to provide a monthly service to. At the last count we have around 1000 happy customers in which we provide a 5 weekly service to. Yes we do admit that things do go wrong and goods are faulty, not suitable or just not right for the consumer, these are either replaced with the same, or returned with no questions asked and a full refund given. Most of our customers usually order something of the same value the next time we go round. We totally believe that if you adopt this policy and treat it as a serious business that it is your return of interest far exceeds monetary value.</p>
