Jobs in Wales

Jobs in Wales

With the economic downturn hitting the most deprived areas of the UK one area suffering greatly is the South Wales Valleys and Wales in a whole. The number of redundancies and job losses in the area does not give the population much confidence. But where lies the fault? Personally I look towards the schooling, get good grades and get a good job. This is an antiquated view and a serious rethink is needed. The global jobs market is rapidly changing, you only have to turn on the news to hear this. As the world is shrinking countries of a lower GDP are getting most if not the majority of business as companies are moving their manufacturing to these countries in an effort to cut costs. Companies first and foremost care about profit, the work force is a secondary concern that is expendable.
So where are the jobs in deprived areas?
In an effort to promote our business opportunity to others we frequently here from interested parties that they are desperate and would do anything. The funny thing is when some of the people hear that it is Kleeneze the sound bites are pretty much the same. “Oh I’m not doing that” in a tone of voice that is almost disdainful. They have the view that this amazing business is knocking door to door. That has long since gone and the traditional Kleeneze Sales man is just as extinct as the dinosaurs.
Having a Kleeneze business gives you such flexibility and the rewards even on the retail more often than not greatly exceeds the national minimum wage, combine this with network marketing then hourly rates of £20, £30, £40 per hour are not uncommon. The prospect of facing redundancy diminishes with a Kleeneze business and recessions are taken in their stride usually producing growth not loss. Richard Berry, the Director of the Direct Selling Association puts this across very succinctly as to why direct sales companies do not suffer in recessions.

As I have said the jobs market is changing and is changing at a rate that even the schools can’t keep up with. Those that take a pro active approach will benefit greatly whilst those that sit back and wait for the world to be delivered to their doorstep will have a hard time, not just in the coming years but maybe their lifetime. You are only here once so why sit back. Again I think a great proportion of the population who are eligible for work are just lazy. I’m not a fan of work myself but I only work 10 -15 hours a week and that pays the bills and the mortgage.
Anyone can do this business although admittedly it is not for everyone, having an open mind and be prepared to look at all the information giving this business your due diligence is all we can ask. You cannot sell a Kleeneze Business to people there is no need. The information is there for all to see as are the earnings of Kleeneze distributors. Kleeneze is not just money for old rope, the relationships you make with your customers, your upline, cross line, downline and even Kleeneze management far surpasses anything I have experienced in the traditional jobs market. So Wales there is work here if you want it not only that there is a successful business to boot, guaranteed.

Kleeneze Irish Showcase

As Michael Khatkar commented at the Irish Showcase – it was incredible to see, during depressing economic times such as now, a room full of such optimism. That optimism is spreading fast, with sponsoring up this week and fantastic results from the Retail Challenge too.

* Sponsoring is flourishing at the moment, so make sure your new Distributors aren’t losing out by using the SOS incentive. All they need to do is achieve £400 of personal sales within their first 4 weeks and sponsor someone into the business who also achieves £400 of personal sales in their first 4 weeks and they’ll get a full refund of their joining fee.

* Great news for all EzeReach users – from this week everyone using the service will receive a CD with highlights from the Summer Showcase as well as valuable tips to build your business (CD sent with your next product order).

* Today is your last chance to receive the 25% discount on Xmas Showcase tickets. Book as normal, through the Service Centre or Ticket Factory, or use the new ticket text service to get your tickets for only £15: Guest attendees are admitted free of charge.

* Demand for the Greeneze/Outdoor Life catalogue in the Republic of Ireland has been unprecedented and this surprisingly great news has led to launching the ROI Greeneze/Outdoor Issue 2 earlier. Issue 2 has a fresh new look with a cover change and kleeneze have also re-sequenced the more seasonal products in the catalogue to make it relevant to customers coming up to summer.

Stumbling block

Funny isn’t it why the vast majority of able bodied people, (myself included) seem to find adversity a tough nut to crack. Not only is it a tough nut to crack but wallow in so much self pity for such along time. Yet when I come across individuals either through the web or meeting in person they have so much stacked against them, yet achieve so much in life that really they are the ones who are the teachers. Jayne, my dear wife, friend and partner in crime came home last night raving about this aboriginal gentleman. Aboriginal culture is very fond to my heart. so I had to listen.

“This very short but very powerful song.
It is written/sung by Indigenous Australian Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu.
He was born blind but didnt let that him stop him going for it. The words speak of love, grief, hope, ones people, ones ancestors and the land. Bapa means Father.”

This man may be blind but his vison is crystal clear such a shame that the vast majority walk around with muddy eyes. Hope you enjoy

Half of UK have no pension pot

Half of UK adults aged between 20 and 60 are not putting aside any funds into a pension, a survey commissioned by the BBC suggests.

The study of 1,358 people indicated the situation was worst among under 30s, with only about one in three or 36% putting anything into a scheme.

Affordability is the main barrier for young people, with many saying they are instead having to pay off debts.

Among 41 to 60-year-olds, 45% are not currently paying into a pension fund.

The report suggested a number of reasons for this, ranging from people who had been made redundant to women who had never joined a pension scheme because of leaving full-time work to have children.

A 2 – 5 year business plan with Kleeneze can be the start of a very good networking pension, usually called residual income. The majority of people who join with Kleeneze do so just to earn a few extra pounds, to pay the mortgage, credit cards or a holiday. Some of these people who join get involved in the Network Marketing side of the business and start to create a life long pension for themselves and family.
